Castlebay is the independent port and main village of the island of Barra in the Outer Hebrides off the west coast of Scotland.

Ferries sail from either Castlebay to Oban and to the South Uist port of Lochboisdale.

Its Gaelic title is ''Bàgh the' Chaisteil''.

Kisimul Castle is located there.
